  Hypnosis is a safe, easy and effective way to engage the whole brain in helping you accomplish what you want.

  You have a conscious mind and an unconscious mind. When you do things consciously, it is very hard. When you do things unconsciously, it is very easy. For example, when you first use a new computer program, you do it consciously, and it can be laborious. When you know it well and do it unconsciously, you do it automatically and easily. When you first learned to drive a car, or when you drive a new car, you do it consciously, and it is hard. When you know it well and do it unconsciously, you do it easily and automatically.

  A person who wants to quit smoking has the conscious motivation to quit. However, this is often not enough. What hypnosis does, is talk directly to the unconscious mind. You provide the conscious motivation; and hypnosis provides the unconscious motivation. When the conscious and unconscious minds work together, your whole brain works together. It is then as easy as possible to achieve your goal. No way is easier than this.

  Hypnosis is a positive approach to helping you become a non-smoker. It helps you redirect your priorities so that the desire to overcome your habit becomes stronger than the habit itself was.

  Hypnosis is the perfect method for clients who are committed to change, and are willing to take responsibility for their habits.

  Attitude is everything in life. Through hypnosis, you can redirect your priorities so that the desire for a cigarette is replaced by whatever is important to you.

  Willpower means that you have to deprive yourself of something you want. With hypnosis, willpower becomes unnecessary, since you can't very well feel deprived of something you no longer want. You become a non-smoker because you actually want to become a non-smoker.
